Interesting! I found this book very informative and wondered how these principles could be applied to heal pre-birth trauma like adoption trauma. It is a book I will reference again and again. Certainly worth a read.

Max is adorable I loved this book and the little stories about confronting fears. Easy to read and understand, Max uses his imagination to overcome his fears. A sweet book.

Interesting Although it is a very short read, the workbook is packed with useful information. For instance, I never knew there were so many forms of breathing. As a mighty worrier, I will try some of these ideas.
