"Great love story!! I loved this book. "

"An Enjoyable Read
A decent story, similar to many of the same trope. The sex scenes felt very awkward - I just think male authors write very different scenes to female authors. But entertaining overall with a bit of sadness thrown in." Read more of this review » |

"enjoyable read
Solid, relatable characters. Some fairly dark themes but there is also triumph over adversity. Fair happy ending. It’s not Cheri, but that’s been done already. Interesting to read a man’s female voice. " |
|
"Plot twist, after plot twist after plot twist! The adventures of Jimmy and Aubrey are wild! Their friendship is so beautiful and the definition of ride or die. On another note, Pig People are what my sleep paralysis demon look like."

Hi Stephenie! I love that you felt such an intimate connection to Jane's Melody. I always feel like I've shared something very personal when I finish a story so to have you respond the way you did is an honor. I'm glad to see you're now reading Trevor's story. Say hello to him for me.

Thanks, Meli! It's great to connect with you on here. And thanks for the sweet review of JM. I loved it!

Yey, I can't wait, well good luck with the writing, I'll keep my eyes peeled and try to remain patient then! :)

Hi Sarah. I'm glad that it arrived safely. Sending it was but a small gesture of the immense appreciation I feel for your wonderful support in recommending my book. I'm busy writing and I'll keep you posted on when something might be ready to release.

Good morning, Soraya. What a gorgeous note and review to wake up to. Thank you. I can't imagine a better compliment than to have earned your recommendation of Jane's Melody to your friends.
I love that you loved Bill. I never know where these characters come from and I smiled myself when he came onto the scene. He was just what Celeb (and I) needed at the moment.
I love your idea of Naomi Watts for Jane, and I just Googled Jensen Ackles and he would make a perfect Caleb. If Hollywood ever comes calling I'm sending them your way for casting.
It was fun to follow along with your reading progress and then see it culminate in such a thoughtful review. And I'm glad you enjoy talking with authors because the only thing I enjoy more than writing is talking to readers.
Ryan.

Good morning, Soraya! I loved writing that goat. Have you gotten to the part where they learn his name yet? You know I always have a tough time picking actors that could play my characters, probably because they become so real to me by the time I finish a book that I couldn't imagine anyone becoming them on screen. I'd love to hear your thoughts on casting.

Nice to meet ..."
Hi Soraya. It's nice to meet you. I'm happy you discovered me and my work. Say hello to Jane and Caleb for me, will you? I can't wait for your review.

Hi Sarah! Sorry about the lost sleep. Kind of. :) It feels good to read that you're loving Jane'e Melody enough to miss sleep. I look forward to chatting about the story with you when you finish, and other books too.

Hi Gina. I love that you're loving JM. Please say hello to Jane and Caleb for me. :)

Thanks for giving me a reason to like Twitter, Ella. :)

Great to connect with you, Candace. I hope you enjoy Jane's Melody when you get to it.

Happy writing & reading,

Thanks, Patricia! I'm looking forward to your thoughts on Jane's Melody bigly.

Bought Jane's Melody to read this weekend, will be back Monday with a new review. Keep writing and I will keep reading :)

Thanks for the note, Patricia. I'm glad we've both crossed our bridges along with Trevor. Jane's Melody, my latest release, also deals some with addiction, although it's a love story and is much more sexy and much less dark.

Thought the book was good and gives a different perspective to the life of an addict. Glad that he finally got to see what his life was and could be.
Thx for the good reads. You keep writing and I will keep reading :)

Hi Tina. How are you? Thanks for the link. Looks like a lengthy write-up and I'll try to read through it when I get time. I'm the wrong person to ask about publishing as I focus all my time on the craft of writing and what little is left I spend interacting with readers. I let the business people focus on the business.

I'd say you've been in your tropical resting place long enough that your next masterpiece should be well into formation. I'm looking forward to reading the results.

I had submitted a review at Amazon but forgot to do so here. Sorry about that Sir. My review has now been submitted on Goodreads.
Looking forward to the outcome of your time in Hawaii. Have fun - as if you wouldn't. Enjoy your time with your lovely Fiance'.

Hi Tina! I'm busy writing. I recently set aside a nearly completed manuscript in favor of pursuing a story that grabbed me. In another week, I'm off to Hawaii for a month to finish it. Did you enjoy SoBB? I din't see a review on your shelf.
