Vickie Briscoe holds a BA and MA in English from Northern Arizona University as well as post-graduate work in the teaching of writing from University of California at Berkeley. After teaching English and theatre in Oregon for four years, she moved to Japan to teach for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools where she taught English, theatre, humanities, and music for twenty-six years. During that time she completed her first novel, A Legacy Arcane.
Interested in travel and varying cultures, Ms. Briscoe has traveled extensively throughout the Far East and Europe.
