Barbara Schinko, geboren 1980, wuchs in einer österreichischen Kleinstadt auf. Ihre Kindheit spielte sich zwischen Bücherbergen und den Welten in ihrem Kopf ab. Später studierte sie internationale Wirtschaftsbeziehungen, erkundete Asien und Australien und fuhr mit ihrem Verlobten im Wohnmobil durch die USA. Wenn sie nicht arbeitet, sitzt sie in ihrem geliebten Hängesessel auf dem Balkon und träumt sich ans Meer.
