1970’te İstanbul’da doğdu. 1988’de Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi’ne girdi. Yüksek lisans yaparken, 1995 Aralık ayı sonunda Anayasa Kürsüsü asistanı oldu. Yüksek lisans ve doktorasını aynı fakültede, siyaset bilimi alanında yaptı. SBF Anayasa Kürsüsü öğretim üyesiyken 2017 Şubatı’nda Olağanüstü Hal Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamesi’yle görevine son verildi. İletişim’den daha önce Dinçer Demirkent’le birlikte hazırladığı Kuruluşun İhmal Edilmiş İstisnası - 1921 Anayasası ve Tutanakları adlı kitabı yayımlanmıştır (2017). ...more
