Née à Tanger (نفيسة السباعي), de formation littéraire, Noufissa Sbaï s’est consacrée toute sa vie à la condition féminine. Arrivée à Rabat en 1979, elle a participé activement à l’émergence du mouvement associatif du Maroc. Auteur d’un premier roman, L’enfant endormi, en 1987. L’auteur a produit le film Les yeux secs de Narjis Nejjar.
