Brady Pyle enjoyed a 30-year career at NASA, where he earned the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal twice. From 2018 to 2023, he became the agency’s first-ever leader of HR field executives, driving the transition to a unified OneHR model. This transformation cut HR costs by 25% and introduced a new HR Business Partner framework—all while helping NASA maintain its standing as the Best Place to Work in the Federal Government for eleven consecutive years.

Today, Brady serves as Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston. A servant leader in every sphere, he is also an ordained deacon who has helped guide his church through major leadership transitions as part of its inaugural and current Executive Councils.
