Anne Peshka is the author of Trauma Recycled: A Memoir of Adoption, Abuse and Reinvention. An adoptee and birth mother, she writes and speaks about identity, agency, breaking inherited patterns, and the choices we make about who we become.
Her work challenges the idea that our past gets the final word. Through her own story, Anne explores adoption, abuse, addiction, family, motherhood, and reinvention with candor, humor, and a refusal to be defined by what happened to her.
Today, Anne is a speaker, author, and certified professional coach who helps people question the rules they inherited and write their own.
