Jenny Quinlan has spent thirteen years as an editor and book coach specializing in historical fiction and romance, helping hundreds of authors achieve their publishing goals. She recently founded The Winning Writer with the aim of fostering a community and resources that value mental health, creative well-being, and self-care for writers.

Jenny holds a BA in history from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and an editing certification from the University of California, San Diego. She has ten years of experience organizing events for writers and is currently serving her third term as Historical Novel Society North America Conference Chair.
