Jessica S. Cedar was born in Long Island, NY, and now resides in rural Pennsylvania with her wonderful husband, two quirky rescue dogs, and five attitude-filled chickens. With a B.S. in Psychology and an M.Ed. in Reading, Jessica has dedicated her career to elementary education. Beyond the classroom, her greatest challenge has been balancing life as a wife and mother of three while navigating the complexities of the mental healthcare system.
