Hampton is a former attorney turned novelist, drawing on her three decades of legal experience in the southern United States to write thrilling, fast-paced stories centered on bold, complex women. After practicing law for thirty years, she discovered creative writing as a means of channeling her energy and exploring new narratives; free from the constraints of societal norms and rules. What started as a way to unwind from the challenges of work and life evolved into a passion for crafting complex and page-turning stories.
