JODIE WOLFFE was born and raised in Sussex, England, where she dreamed of Mr Darcy coming to spirit her away. Having got bored of waiting, however, she moved to Herefordshire and started writing spicy books.

'Rule and Ruin' is her debut dark romance novel, which she affectionately considers soft-core dark romance, being a romantic at heart: she adores writing dominant and charismatic male characters, but can’t bring herself to actually make them ars*holes.
