I’ve been escaping into stories for as long as I can remember—first as a reader, then as a writer. Whether it was scribbling poems, song lyrics, or stories, words have always been my way of communicating. My magic. My connection. My safe place to run to.
Now, as an independent author, I get to spend my time writing and getting lost in the stories I create. Worlds filled with fierce heroines, slow-burn romance, and just enough chaos and intrigue to keep you turning the pages way past your bedtime.
There’s a quiet kind of magic in creating characters who feel achingly real, flawed, tender, unforgettable. I’ve carried them like secrets in my heart, and now they’re finding their way onto the page, where they can finally fall in love, break, heal, I’ve been escaping into stories for as long as I can remember—first as a reader, then as a writer. As a neurodivergent author, I’ve poured my heart (and a lot of hyper focus sessions) into creating a world and characters that feel alive and real. My goal is to create characters so compelling, they’ll plant themselves firmly in your heart and make you wish you could grab a tea, or slay a monster, with them.
Writing complex characters and crafting story lines feel like second nature to me, so when I started dreaming up the world of Luminara—its characters, rich history, and magical chaos—I knew it had to be epic enough to span a whole series. Enter The Wildheart Series, a fantasy world filled with intrigue, romance, and all the exciting twists that come with immortals, trials and magic powers.

When I’m not busy plotting twists or writing epic romances, you’ll probably find me:
- Writing and recording original songs
- Designing cool things as a freelance graphic designer
- Cooking/baking the best gluten-free treats you’ve ever had (yes, I’m that confident)
- Sipping tea and soaking up the morning sun
- Indulging in ice cream

Being from Canada, I love taking advantage of the warm weather when it makes an appearance and spending most spring/summer weekends soaking up the sun, going on adventures with my husband, and spoiling our bunny, Willow. When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me buried in a book, listening to an audiobook or a curated playlist, but when the TV is on, it’s usually reruns of One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, or cheesy Hallmark movies. (Especially Christmas ones)
