too many characters Maybe if you’ve read A LOT of books by this author, you won’t feel drowned by the sheer size of the cast, but I hadn’t and only finished it because I refuse to quit and kept hoping the plot would eventually make the crowd worth it. ...more |

“When he was close enough, he kissed my earlobe and at the same time grabbed my cock, shook it twice, then let it go. He did the same to Callum and Zane. Was this how dragons welcomed each other? Damn. Sure beats a hand shake. Good thing I was naked. I think I would have reacted differently if Devlyn had unzipped my pants and began rummaging around in my underwear just to say hello.”

“I don't want to be a man," said Jace. "I want to be an angst-ridden teenager who can't confront his own inner demons and takes it out verbally on other people instead."

“And now I’m looking at you,” he said, “and you’re asking me if I still want you, as if I could stop loving you. As if I would want to give up the thing that makes me stronger than anything else ever has. I never dared give much of myself to anyone before – bits of myself to the Lightwoods, to Isabelle and Alec, but it took years to do it – but, Clary, since the first time I saw you, I have belonged to you completely. I still do. If you want me.”

It's nice to meet someone with the same interest as myself which is the supernatural culture. Thanks for the friendship. Stay in touch. Mary PS
If You read Laurell K Hamilton you may want to check out Rusty Nugent Dark Fantasy work. He wrote two heroic werewolf vs evil vampire novels. Very good reads. Do you do book reviews? if so maybe you may do one for my friend Rusty Nugent's Moonwarriros. If not thats ok too.
Hi Tory! Thank you for inviting a fellow author into your circle of friends here on Goodreads. I hope you'll add my novels What Would Nancy Do?, In the Company of Women, The Christmas to Remember and Finding Normal to your to-read list. I look forward to reading your book reviews and recommendations. Happy reading!
Cheri wrote: "...I know you are going to be great!"That's incredibly sweet of you. I didn't know if you'd accept the request, but thank you for doing so. Would love to chat some time. Obviously I'm still young in my career and feedback is very important to me. :)
Thanks for the invite! I really liked your world and the characters in Blood Rage and am looking forward to the next one. I actually prefer UF over PNR anyway. I managed to find your book from Naomi Clark's review and rating. I know you are going to be great!
Hi Tory, I'm sorry it took a bit to stop by and say thanks for being a friend. I swear my day is over before it properly began! While here, I want you to know that if you ever have any questions about the books on my shelves or about Harlequin.com, Stop by the HB profile and I would be delighted to answer them. Also, I list as much Harlequin news and author news as I can so be sure to watch for my updates.Happy reading,
Kim S., Harlequin Books ambassador
