John Devane gained his degree in painting at Liverpool College of Art and studied for an extra year on John Moore's Scholarship. The Imperial War Museum commissioned him to make artistic records of military life in Cyprus during 1978, and since completing his MA at the Royal College of Art in 1980, he has been tutoring at various colleges in England. ...more
