Munro Richardson learned at an early age to think like an entrepreneur: to pursue opportunity beyond the resources you currently control. He beat the odds that sent many others from his neighborhood (dubbed "The Murder Factory" by the local newspaper) to prison or the graveyard. Munro made his way from Kansas City's urban core to the Great Wall of China, Harvard Yard, and the spires of Oxford University. Along the way he learned Mandarin Chinese, became a Rhodes Scholar, and achieved his lifelong goal of earning a Ph.D. Over the past dozen years, Munro has worked in the non-profit sector to help others achieve their potential.
