Yes, sometimes I can be one busy woman, but as the saying goes, "If you want something done, give it to a busy person. The more things you do, the more you can do." That seems to be me in a nutshell. I hope you enjoy my books. ...more

“The most common human affliction is that we create our own jail cells and then forget where we put the key. We become like robots, unyielding in our thinking and settled within the confines of our learned belief system. We become not the free spirit of the universe with endless possibilities that we are, but the followers of man, led like sheep to believe and see only what man wants us to see and believe. We can live like this, or we can open our eyes, remember who we are, and unlock our cells.”

“Easy to Understand, but profound wisdom for women seeking a deeper understanding of what happens to their bodies and minds as they reach the age of forty and beyond. A must read for every woman! -- Super Health Nation”

“Fear is one of the most powerful negative emotions with the slowest, lowest, most dense vibratory field there is. Anyone with low vibrational energy can be led through fear.”
