Terence Callery had a long career in Maine's aquaculture industry where he worked as the Vice President of Great Eastern Mussel Farms before becoming a "gentleman farmer" and starting an alpaca farm in Waldoboro.
Educated by Benedictine monks, he then went on to get his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology at Yale University.

Walking Poles - Ditch Them

If you have read Chapter 7 of "Slow Camino" you will have learned a bit about Chi walking and how it is poor muscle alignment, not poor muscle strength that makes you tired when walking long distances.
