Hello everyone.  I want to introduce you to the heroine of my new book, Florestine.  Her name is Florestine Boult, nee Cordes, originally from New Orleans.  In 1839 she married David Hammet Boult and they moved to Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.  Florestine was mulatto and David was white.  If you have any interest in finding out more about her, please let me know.
