Adam R. Singletary was born in Avon Park, Florida. An only child he was often left to his own imagination and a fleet of action figures to act out any scene he could think of. This kind of entertainment continued for the majority of his young life and into young adulthood.

It can be said that a lot of his inspiration and drive for writing came from those many adventures he had in his room. Coupled with a love for fantasy and science fiction; he would read countless books. Some from his grandparent's house, others from the school library.

Probably the biggest influence on his writing is the works of J.K. Rowling. Reading the Harry Potter Series gave Adam the drive to want to write. It was at the age of sixteen that he started his first novel. ...more
