James Bishop (1965-present) was born in a convent near Los Angeles, California. He grew up in Southern California, spending his early years in the suburbs, and his later teen years in a rural agricultural town. He studied Electronic Engineering and taught Algebra and Computer Engineering at a private college in Washington state. James worked for over ten years with artificial intelligence computer software. He enjoys music, mathematics, and writing about his experiences with meditation, and synaesthesia.

I Want It Now!

When I was a kid, I had very little patience. I remember waiting impatiently in front of an oven for a baked "cheese taco" which took ten whole minutes. Note that this was in the pre-microwave days, when ten minutes was about six THOUSAND seconds. Yeah, THOUSAND.
