As a teen, her romantic heart was nurtured by long sojourns into the glittering worlds created by Jane Austen, L.M. Montgomery, Dorothy Parker, and Frances Burney.

She hopes that her own stories will titillate and inspire her readers as much as the books that shaped her as an author.
