Katherine Page Hahn is an author illustrator of middle grade and family-oriented fantasy living in Denver, Colorado. Having earned a BA in art from the University of Colorado, Denver, with minors in physics and anthropology, she has worked in fine art, graphic design, set design and illustration. While raising her family she began writing. Katherine now teaches martial arts to children, who continually amuse, astonish and inspire her.

Katherine published her debut novel, Alex Hollow and the Monsters of Morningside, in September 2025.

In stories and art, Katherine is drawn to that which is sensitive, observant, gestural, magical, tender, terrifying, sweet, devastating, and delightful. She seeks to inhabit the spiritual framework of childhood:
