Hey there! I’m Avery — a multi-passionate dream chaser, wife, and mom of two energetic boys who inspired my debut children’s book, The Adventures of Bubby & Bubs: A Day of Creative Indoor Play.

As a North Carolina author and “AVery Motivated Mother,” I’m passionate about encouraging imagination, creativity, and sibling connection—while helping families unplug and enjoy simple moments together.

This is a delightful read that shows how imaginative children can be when they are alone in their room. The rhyming is really nice and the story is a sweet reminder that things aren't always as they seem, but you can make the most of it! ...more

The Wildflower Children is a perfect reminder to let children enjoy childhood, on their own terms, in nature - wild and free. The rhyming verse and beautiful illustrations pair perfectly in this whimsical story that adults and children will enjoy!
