Born in Bronx New York. Moved to San Francisco in 1963. Graduate of San Francisco State with B.S. Chemistry. Futher Graduate studies U of L. Promoted from private to Captain in US army. Started out as shoe shine boy went to Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs for Pharmaceutical Company. Certified Quality Engineer and former member American Chemical Society.
