Eva Žilková, born in Prague (Czech Republic), studied history and later theology, earning a master’s degree in religious studies. Although she also graduated in finance, her lifelong passion remains ancient history. She often says, with a touch of irony, that she has never recovered from the fall of the Roman Empire and that the present will interest her only once it becomes distant past.
She began writing in 2008 with Star Wars fan fiction and soon turned to her own original stories in the genres of fantasy and science fiction. Angels of the Ocean by Eva Žilková
"good but sad

I am a lover of whales. This short story was written well and I loved it. What a bitter sweet story. "
Angels of the Ocean by Eva Žilková
"A whimsical tale. I only wish that earthquakes could free all current inhabitants of existing aquariums and that the captives would rise up and turn on the hunters!!!"
Angels of the Ocean by Eva Žilková
"An unusual, thrilling story. It doesn't matter at all that the main characters are not humans, but a killer whale and a beluga whale. Their escape from captivity is spectacular. I recommend it not only to sea lovers."
