Within the smallest and one of the poorest cities in America once lyed a multi-million dollar empire. This organization was held together by its massive manpower and close Mayoral Political connection. 12 years into this lucrative business Sam the H.N.I.C has plans of retiring. On the other hand Juan the Columbian connect has other unexpected plans for Sam.
Juice a close associate of Juan and a very well respected & feared drug lord in Puerto Rico. Wants to expand his business trade into the U.S and what better way than through Sam's retirement. When the News of his retirement gets out, all hell breaks loose between Sam's men and Juice's hitmen from overseas.

Pete had his teary eyes closed throughout the entire ordeal. The only thing he could hear were the cries coming from his wife and daughter. At times he would peak to find a different man raping his wife. He tried his best to cut through the tape, which had him bound to the chair, but to no avail. He swore that if by any chance he lived to see another day, he would torture than kill every single man involved.
"You did this to your wife, you disgraceful fool!" Shouted Juice into Pete's face. "I've done nothing, but treat you with respect and honored you for your good craftsmanship and this is how you repay me!" "You should have known better than to bite the hand that feeds you!" Juice hated to have to torturee and kill the men who worked for him, but one had to make an example. In this game a man of his caliber, could in no way show any signs of weakness, whatsoever. "Fellas that's enough!" Said Juice tired of hearing the woman's cries. If the men continued with their sexual desires on Lori. The poor woman wouldn't be able to walk or might pass out as she'd already done a few times. "Tie her to a chair!" He ordered. "I want her to witness the hurt and pain that her husband has inflicted upon his family." "Jose bring me the little girl!"
Following instructions Jose brought the child in the stroller over to his boss. No one knew what Juice's intentions were with the infant, that is until he picked her up from the stroller and carried her towards the open doors, which led to the 3rd floor balcony...
