John Cranor was born in the small town of Wilkesboro, NC. He attended Wilkes Community College and Appalachian State University. His work has spanned the gamut from training show horses to managing the Information Technology Department of a large bank. John has a lifelong appreciation of reading and literature. He is presently at work on Stealing Home, a novel drawn from his experience in the show horse industry, dealing with the murder of horses and insurance fraud.
