Shane Black is an American actor, screenwriter and film director.Considered one of the pioneer screenwriters of the action genre he contributed to some of the biggest blockbuster action films of the late 1980s and early 1990s, including work on Lethal Weapon and The Last Boy Scout. He made his debut as director with the film Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. He followed up his directing debut with the wildly successful Iron Man 3 in 2013 which he both directed and wrote.
