Very helpful and thought provoking I like the way the author wrote each days verse and questions. It was easy to follow along. I will be using this as a study guide.

It was interesting This was not a book I could get absorbed into but the author told a good story. I had a difficult time following the many time leaps from chapter to chapter.

Great workouts I like the fact these are simple, easy positions. My doctor recommended mild exercises and these are perfect for beginners. I am trying to memorize each position so I don't have to refer to my kindle each session. ...more

A great plot. I love anything Michael Connelly writes. Always a lot of realistic action. The books are much better than the TV series.
