Jamie C. Richter lives a peaceful existence with his family, dodging Queensland’s melanoma-inducing sun, avoiding human interaction, bingeing British panel shows, and pretending the golden age of ’90s Australian alt-rock never ended. As far back as he can remember, he always wanted to be a writer. Unfortunately, Jamie had to get a real job and ended up spending two decades in the software industry, rather than doing something that brought him joy. These days, he still clings to the wildly optimistic belief that everyone’s got one good novel in them. This probably isn’t his ... but give it time, he’s circling the bastard.

Jamie C. Richter hasn't written any blog posts yet.

A fantastic and touching look at the man behind some of comedy's most zany and memorable shows. As an Australian, I hadn't been exposed to some of Bob Mortimer's earlier work, such as Shooting Stars, so a few parts of the book were a little lost on m ...more
