George Anderson is a normal guy who writes things. He started with a novella about a talking can at some forgotten age and just wouldn’t quit.

His debut novel, The Tower of Babel, is available on Kindle (at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008...) and in print (at http://www.amazon.com/The-Tower-Babel...).

The Strife of Tongues

A thought came last night while I was falling asleep. “Reductionist” is an easy missile to lob at any argument that attempts to simplify seeming intellectual complexities.

From within these complexities, sure, any meta-view appears retardedly simple. From outside, though, one can see the lab rats running back and forth within the maze, squeaking about how they may have found an exit point over here

Nanosynergy "Having somewhat eclectic tastes as well, I just thought I would add you. Just ignore if it rubs you the wrong way."

So who can resist accepting such a friend request. Look forward to seeing what you are reading, your reviews and book ratings. So please do not request to friend me and not post books you are reading. I assume that writers read... although a few authors that have friend-requested me show little evidence of this... ah well... I will probably still eventually read their books...

Currently pursuing an extremely leisurely read/re-read through the Modern Library Top 100 Books of the 20th Century. Also knocking off the final books in a few popular mystery/detective series and reading through some of the mind-candy urban-fantasy/vampire/werewolf/ghost/various & sundry paranormal book series...fun, but am convinced these are killing off brain cells and my remaining little brain muscles are converting to fat and I may soon find myself reduced to reading fan magazines picked up at the end of the grocery store check out line.

Best!

Thanks Brandon. I think you would really enjoy the book. One of his best as far as plotting and tense narrative.

Talk to you later!
