I was born in London, England and moved to the Washington DC area at a very young age. I attended the University of Maryland and had a very good time there. Because of that, the President of the United States sent a letter welcoming me into the US Army. It was there that I became a journalist and was assigned as a correspondent during the Vietnam War.

After my honorable discharge I moved, along with my French Canadian wife, to Quebec, Canada. We built a beautiful house on 20 acres of rural land close to the Vermont border because, in my opinion, it gave me closer access to Catamount beer.

I was divorced in 2004 and moved to Stratford, Ontario where I still reside along with my two dogs, Faolan and Liam. It's magical small town, full of cultur ...more
