New serial/web novel + Lessons Learned

Yep, I'm either dumb enough or crazy enough to try this AGAIN. :D
There are a couple of lessons I learned from serializing AUSOS (2010-2016, gosh how time flies) -- lessons I've taken to heart and will be applying to the new project.
My primary takeaways:
