I am a published author of "The Soul's Fight: Wrestling with Forgiveness". It is a book that tackles what forgiveness is and what it is not with my story interwoven throughout.

I am also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have my own private practice in La Mesa, CA. I specialize in trauma, abuse, relationships, parenting, care-giver support, depression, anxiety, grief/loss and work-related issues.
