Ginny Cruz was born in Mississippi and has enjoyed a lifelong love affair with books. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of West Florida.

Her first book, "E is for Ellisville," became an instant collectible. Her other books are "Gracie's Greatest Gift" and "Mud Holes and Magnolias: Lessons on Faith from Mama's Stories" (Tar Heel Award for Nonfiction at the 2018 North Carolina Christian Writers Conference). Her writing appears regularly in Focus on the Family, The Write Conversation blog, and her own blog.

Her latest release, The New Mom's Guide: Help and Hope for Baby's First Year, is currently available on Amazon.
