Menno de Galan



Menno de Galan ( 1959 ) is a Dutch journalist and publicist.

De Galan worked as an editor for RTL Nieuws before moving to NOVA. In 2002 he and Jutta Chorus published the book In the ban van Fortuyn , about Pim Fortuyn . Chorus and De Galan received the Prize for Daily Journalism in 2003 for a series of articles in the NRC Handelsblad about supporters of the LPF .

In 2006 he published De Trots van de wereld , a book about the rise and fall of football club AFC Ajax between 1964 and 1974. In 2011, the book De coup van Cruijff was published , in which De Galan reported on a coup by Johan Cruijff in 2011 at Ajax.
