Prof. Dr. Mustafa Akdağ (d.1913 Yozgat, Boğazlıyan - ö.nisan 1973), Türk akademisyen ve öğretmen.
Günyayla Köyü’nde doğdu. İlköğrenimini Akdağmadeni Yatılı İlkokulu’nda, ortaöğrenimini İzmir İlköğretmen Okulu’nda tamamladı. Dil ve Tarih-Coğrafya Fakültesi, tarih bölümünden mezun oldu. 1945 yılında "Celalî İsyanların Başlaması" başlıklı tezi ile doktorasını vererek, "Edebiyat Doktoru" ünvanını kazandı. 1947 yılında fakülteden ayrılmak zorunda kalan Akdağ, önce Gazi Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü asistanlığına, bir yıl sonra da Diyarbakır Öğretmen Okulu tarih öğretmenliğine atandı.
Öğretmenliğini sürdürürken, "Celalî Fetreti 1597 - 1603" isimli habilitasyon çalışması ile doçentlik tezini verdi. 1951 yılında Yakınçağ Tarihi Kürsüsü'ne atandı, 1958 y ...more
