Saša Dimoski rođen je 1962. godine u Beogradu. Prvi roman, Štićenik, objavio je 2008. godine (Samizdat B92). Po obrazovanju specijalni pedagog, petnaest godina je radio u ustanovama za maloletne delinkvente i „decu sa ulice“. Kao instruktor i predavač, učestvovao je i u programima socijalne zaštite pod patronatom UNICEF-a, a sada već deset godina profesionalno piše i stvara u oblasti advertajzinga. U novoj knjizi Čarobni trenuci i druge priče elementi fikcije često se prepliću i poistovećuju sa stvarnošću, kao i u debitantskom romanu.
