Cuddy by Benjamin Myers
"Quite quite amazing. Especially Part I which is so beautifully written. Definitely one to recommend "

"Currently bawling like a baby. I cried at least once during every part, each new narrative and perspective had me hooked despite my unwavering loyalty to their predecessor that quickly collapsed within a few pages of the new part. This was so beautif" Read more of this review »

Jesus Christ Kinski by Benjamin Myers
"
"I am a fucking genius, you pieces of shit!"

This novel is a work of dangerous obsession, a high-wire act of impersonation that is funny and terrifying in equal measure. The humour is blacker than black, the formal invention constantly entertaining." Read more of this review »

"This book is like an onion.
It's quite unpalatable raw and can give you indigestion. You can hide it in a curry but you'll not get rid of the taste of it in your mouth.

WndyJW I am really excited that I have discovered Benjamin Myers. Now if I can only find a way to buy his books so that he gets paid! Beastings is on Amazon, but Turning Blur and Pig Iron are only available through used book dealers. I hope Bluemoose Booke still has copies for sale.

Benjamin You can now vote for my novel PIG IRON in The Guardian's Not The Booker prize if so inclined.
