Wallace Provost was born in Springfield, MA in 1929. He spent most of his life as an electronic technician. Provost built 5 television stations, worked on computer controlled plants, robots, computers. He returned to school when he was 45 and earned a Bachelors degree and Masters degree in Philosophy and Sociology. Provost then taught both subjects for fifteen years. He has published books and papers on sociology and philosophy. When he retired at 82 years old, he decided to write fiction. Provost wrote 4 books in 18 months, and The Moon is not for Sale is his first full length novel.
