About
Dr. Emran El-Badawi is program director and assistant professor of Arab Studies at the University of Houston. He has designed, implemented and assessed degree programs in the Humanities and Sciences. These include degrees in Arab-Middle East Studies, Religious Studies and interdisciplinary studies in Energy, Development and Sustainability, with a focus on US-Middle East relations. Dr. El-Badawi has received numerous awards for his work and research. Furthermore, his professional management and scholarly projects have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for several organizations.
