Murray Fagg's love of nature is beautifully realized in his illustrations and photographs for the many gardening books. His interest in natural history led him to study botany at Adelaide University and later to take up the position of Education-Display Officer at the National Botanic Gardens. With the increasing importance of education as a function of the Gardens' activities in 1971 he initiated a programme of displays and lectures for schools which continues to expand. ...more
