Rexina Rodríguez Vega, nada en Vigo o 18 de novembro de 1966, é unha escritora e investigadora da literatura galega.
utora en Filoloxía Románica (tese: Bilingüismo e autotradución en Álvaro Cunqueiro), profesora e investigadora no ámbito da literatura galega, é especialista na obra de Álvaro Cunqueiro, autor sobre o que ten publicados varios estudos. Exerceu tamén a crítica literaria en publicacións como Praza.gal, A Nosa Terra, Grial ou o Anuario de Estudos Literarios Galegos. No campo da lexicografía formou parte do equipo de redacción dos dicionarios bilingües español-francés da editorial Larousse e do Dicionario Vox galego-castelán.
