“A loud knock on the door of his small room snapped him out of his thoughts.
Rahul froze.
Who could it be? Who would want to meet him in the middle of the night? His heart began to race. He thought of ignoring it, but the knocking grew louder.
With no choice left, he switched on the light and walked to the door.
A young boy stood there, smiling brightly, a small tray of coffee in his hands.
“Good morning, sir! Here’s your morning coffee. I’m here for room service.”
“Morning?” Rahul asked, still half-asleep.”
