Dr. Clare Chambers-Jones is a legal scholar whose interests are banking law, financial education, financial exclusion, alternative financial delivery mechanisms, and mobile finance. Currently, she is a Senior Law Lecturer at the Open University.

Previously, Chambers-Jones was an Associate Professor in Law at the University of the West of England Bristol Law School. She has worked as an investment banking legal and compliance officer for Europe in the City of London, first with Grant Thornton and subsequently Morgan Stanley.
