Tatul Hakobyan is a Yerevan-based reporter and author specializing in Armenian-Turkish relations and an expert on the Karabakh problem.

His articles appear regularly in the Armenian media as well as foreign news outlets (Yerevan based Orakarg daily; Bairut based Aztag daily; Australia’s SBS Radio).

He has also been engaged as an analyst with the Civilitas Foundation since 2009. Armenians and Turks: from War to Cold War and to Deplomacy is the second book of the author. Before this English edition, Armenians and Turks was published in Eastern Armenian and Western Armenian (with classical orthography).
