♑︎♑︎♑︎ ♑︎♑︎♑︎ is on page 40 of 304 of The Guest: I’m enjoying the unadorned, deliberate prose very much.
Rose is 65% done with The Art Thief: The author tells the story in such a clear and easy to follow manner that I am zipping through the book. He includes some details on the history and depth of art thefts but stays close to the main characters. The only part that doesn’t flow well are the assessments of the psychiatrists who “assessed” the culprits.

Careless People by Sarah Churchwell

Beautifully written, Sarah Churchwell skilfully ill" Read more of this review »
