Brietta Tatro spent the first half of her youth in sunny southern California and the second half in rainy Washington state, where she currently lives with her husband, two children and an assortment of broken umbrellas. As a child, she always gravitated toward tales of the fantastical and when she stumbled upon D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths at the library, she was smitten for life.
