Hi there, reader! I'm a father of four, grandfather of 15, semi-retired college professor and author. Throughout my career I worked directly with families and troubled teens, college kids and church youth groups. My wife, Patti, and I homeschooled our four kids and raised them to handle the ebb and flow of life's many challenges with grace and confidence. Today we help them to raise our grandkids with the same resiliency. In the spirit of helping others, I aim to reach a broad audience through my books and encourage them along the way.
